EMBLLM- Sign in at app.embllm.com or open the EMBLLM app.
- Open Account, then choose Delete account. The option is also available on the profile setup screen.
- Review the consequences, confirm your identity by signing in again if asked, and type the requested confirmation.
Account activity stops immediately. We then remove your sign-in, profile and photo, quizzes, answers, progress, leaderboard data, comments, reports, email preferences, and app billing associations. If a provider is temporarily unavailable, the app shows that deletion is in progress and retries the remaining work.
We cancel any active Stripe subscription during deletion. If you subscribed through Apple, you must also cancel the subscription in your Apple account; that separate step does not delay account deletion.
Payment processors and app stores may retain transaction records they are legally required to keep. EMBLLM removes your app billing association and does not retain your learner history for CME purposes after account deletion. A short-lived technical record prevents an old sign-in token from recreating the account; it is removed after 24 hours.
